I’m so excited I can’t sit still! It’s all I can do to keep from watching David Hartley videos during my class. I’m fully aware that this is one of the hardest instruments ever to learn, and as my good friend (who will also be teaching me) puts it “It takes you 2-3 years before you suck.” But this is my absolute favorite instrument and I intend to put everything I have into learning it.
I might see about making a video my first attempt playing it after my friend gives me my first lesson… Would anyone want to watch me fumble and stumble trying to work a steel guitar for the first time?
